WHAT TO EXPECT

Here’s the thing about being a destination wedding photographer: my job is never just about taking photos. Your photographer will be by your side the entire day. We are not only focused on capturing your special moments but also on managing the timeline, solving any issues that arise, and wearing many hats. On wedding days, I've become an emotional support human, a seamstress, a wedding planner, a server, a family wrangler, and many other things. While my primary focus is capturing your day, investing in someone with experience is crucial. Photos are one of the few keepsakes you'll have after your big day. Florals, food, and decor last only for a day. Hiring someone who knows how to properly store your images to ensure their safety is essential. Also, having a professional who can capture the most natural photos possible is imperative!

AFTER VOWS

You can expect all of the support leading up to your wedding day! One week prior, you will receive an email with a PDF detailing everything you need to gather and reminders of what not to forget on the day of the event. The night before your wedding, I typically contact you to express my excitement and check in on how you're feeling. On the morning of the wedding, I always text you to see if there's anything you've forgotten that I can pick up on my way to the venue. Upon arrival, I greet you with a huge hug and share my excitement for the day. Immediately, I connect with the wedding planner or day-of coordinator to ensure smooth communication in case any issues arise. After setting up my gear, I begin capturing the day, ensuring every detail and special moment is intentionally documented.

THE PROCESS

When you reach out to me, I'll quickly get back to you with congratulations and a request for more details about your special day! Based on the information you provide, I'll send over a pricing PDF along with a custom package designed just for you. I always welcome the opportunity to hop on a call, and I make it clear that choosing the right photographer is a significant decision—I'm here to help you with that process. I want to discuss any aspect of your wedding photography needs without any pressure. It’s important to me that you choose me because you love my work and feel a genuine connection.







STEP ONE: INQUIRE

Once you decide we are the right fit, I will send over the contract and take care of the deposit details. After everything is signed, you'll receive a welcome box from me. I typically like to keep this as a surprise because I love seeing your reactions! However, if you prefer transparency, I'm happy to share the details. The welcome box includes a bottle of champagne, my printed wedding guide, a personalized candle with your name and wedding date, and a handwritten card. This little gesture is my way of celebrating your decision and starting our journey together!













STEP TWO: LET'S BOOK IT

A week before your wedding, you’ll receive a "quick reminders" PDF to keep everything clear and organized. My aim is to make your experience as personalized and seamless as possible.

Full galleries will then be delivered 8-16 weeks after your wedding day. If you ordered an album (I highly recommend, they are stunning!) it will then be sent 8-12 weeks after the final gallery delivery.
