Born and raised in San Diego, I'm a true lover of the outdoors, thriving in the sunshine and nature—whether that's lounging on the beach or sipping wine on a patio. I cherish the close bonds I have with my family and friends, and I treasure every moment I get to spend with them. Photography, for me, goes beyond being just a job; it's something that's always fuelled my fire and has allowed me to connect with countless incredible people. My second love is food (duh) ; any cuisine, all of the time—except for peanuts because of my allergy haha. Traveling also ignites my soul; having visited 29 countries, my eagerness to explore and capture new places continues to grow.
My deep-seated love for photography stems from its nostalgic power. The saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" resonates deeply with me.
Often, an image taken during a seemingly ordinary moment becomes a precious keepsake years later, instantly transporting you back to that time. This is especially true when it comes to weddings. I adore the idea that 20 years later, my clients can open their wedding album and share the story of the most beautiful night of their lives with their children around the dinner table. Where, even though they weren't there, they can feel every emotion as if they had been in the room with you, watching the seconds unfold. I don't think it gets more special than that.
If you love being goofy, having fun, and don't mind me dancing with you on the dance floor, then we'll likely be a perfect match. I've always been an outgoing spirit and enjoy making genuine connections with all of my clients, making sure your experience goes well-beyond the memories I document.
Being a destination photographer, I've seen so many beautiful places while documenting the story of others. These are some travel bucket list places that I'd love to experience- if you plan on getting married in one of these spots, expect me to not only scream for joy but to give you a special discount, wink wink.
